Store Policies

Payments are to be made in US dollars .We accept credit cards,Paypal, money orders and personal checks. Orders paid for with a check or a money order will be held until the payment clears. Checks returned for NSF will be subject to a $30.00 returned check fee.

Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours. Please note that we have no control over the delivery time once the package leaves our hands. Domestic orders can sometimes take up to 2 weeks. 

The cart can only calculate shipping charges for the US. Shipping charges will be adjusted for all orders outside the US, you will be notified by email of the adjusted charges, your approval and payment will be required before processing your order.

All overseas orders must be paid with Paypal and you must have a confirmed shipping address.

Please call for a return authorization number before you return any item to us. Shipping is not refundable unless you are returning an item due to our error. If an item is damaged we will replace it once it is returned to us. Claims for damaged items must be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise and returns must be received within 21 days.
